Claire's practice centers on estate planning and estate and trust administration.  With a focus on preserving clients’ wealth and minimizing transfer and income taxes, Claire ensures that clients’ wishes are carried out during life and at death.  In addition, Claire provides valuable advice to fiduciaries and family members, especially in light of complex family relationships.

Claire’s practice also includes overseeing the preparation of individual and fiduciary income tax returns, and working with clients to secure guardianships.

Prior to joining the firm, Claire practiced as a trusts and estates attorney for more than six years, first with Clements Pajak LLC in Newton, MA and later at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder in Providence, RI.  Claire is the treasurer, as well as an active board member, of the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island
