This is a two year term that commences immediately and concludes at the 2022 ABA Annual Meeting. The Fellows program received many applications from qualified candidates across the nation and selecting Joshua speaks volumes for his many achievements to date as well as his commitment and leadership skills that will assist him with the responsibilities to carry out this wonderful program.
The goal of the program is to give young lawyers an opportunity to become involved in the substantive work of the RPTE Section, while developing into future leaders. Fellows have the opportunity to serve in leadership roles within the ABA, attend key RPTE Section meetings, and participate in substantive projects, such as writing for RPTE Section publications and presenting at Section seminars. They also are paired with veteran RPTE attorneys who serve as mentors.
The Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section is a leading national forum for lawyers, and currently has over 25,000 members.
